This has been a deeply crappy week in all sorts of ways.... but the details aren't important now.
On the plus side, I managed to get through my ballet class on Wednesday with something of a flourish, and finally succeeded in performing an enchainement of pose' turns - I was quite impressed with myself as it's the first time I've managed to spin successfully and I didn't quite reel through six in succession!
Oh, and I almost forgot the reason why it was a "crappy" week - small daughter and I went over to Mum & Dad's yesterday and decided to have a play in their big bath (we don't have a bath, so small daughter only plays in the shower or baby bath). I decided to get in with her so we could play together - this turned out to be a mistake, as part-way through the bath I noticed we had what I thought was a floating leaf in the water. Unfortunately, it turned out not to be a leaf..... rapid exit of bath followed, along with extraction of baby poop and disinfection of bath.... Yum.
