First fire

First fire of the winter season was lit tonight when we got home. Daughter was "star of the week" in her trampolining training session, so we took her out for dinner. I had forgotten how cozy it feels in the living room when the fire is lit. Everything seems to centre around the fireplace - particularly the cat, who was absolutely ecstatic that his "hot box" was finally hot again!

Tuesday of Holy Week. Jesus in the Temple. Listening to the teaching, and the silence between words, and the silence.
