Our small daughter had her fourth birthday last weekend, and so we had a party this weekend for her. We weren't all that keen on our house being invaded by upteen low-flying children, so we planned a pool party for her at H2O Xtream, the pool in Upper Hutt. We spent most of yesterday baking and making her cake, and headed up there after lunch. It was a good choice, as today it was absolutely pouring with rain and miserable, and no outside play was possible! Everyone seemed to have a good time swimming, and then we had the party bit on the side of the pool.
And now I'm knackered.
