There's been some more bad news for Canterbury - the forecast for tomorrow is awful. 130km/h winds, torrential rain, and lots of unstable buildings and very fragile infrastructure. Here's praying that the region survives.
Oh, and there was a plane crash near Fox Glacier today and 9 people were killed....

That is awful. I have a good friend who lives in New Zealand..but in Auckland.
